Christina DelliSanti-Miller
As the Founder of Athena Collaborative Group, Christina is committed to empowering young women in finance and other quantitative careers. She brings 20+ years of corporate experience developing individuals and groups. As former Head of Diversity, Americas for a European Investment Bank, she is clear about the needs and challenges that organizations have in creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. She holds a Masters degree in Organization Psychology from Columbia University. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts HNJ Council.
Noelle Marie LaCorbiniere
Noelle currently works as the Human Resources Director of ALaS Consulting LLC where she built the HR department and has done so since November 2006. (ALaS is a financial services consulting firm and has been in business for 6 years.) Prior to that, Noelle worked at Barclays Capital for seven years in varying capacities: Information Technology, Campus Recruitment and as an HR Generalist.
Tara McCann
Tara has over 10 years experience in corporate advisory and capital raising with over $38 billion of closed transactions. Most recently, she served as a Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank. Tara was a leader in campus recruiting, training and development while with Deutsche Bank. She served as Manager of the Associate Development Program and developed the Columbia School of Business Associate Training Program. Tara earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Brown University.
Yana Anilovich
As a member of ACG Board of Directors, Yana supports research
initiatives to identify key success factors for women in financial
industry to inform program development and candidate selection.
In Yana's current professional role, she supports Risk Management team at Citi by improving current processes around operational risk analytics. In the past, as a Project Manager, she supported implementation of promotion and customer analytics platforms, regulatory reporting, CRM systems at such firms as E*TRADE, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase.
Amy Hirson
As a member of the Athena Collaborative Group's Board of Directors, Amy's responsibilities include supporting the development of the new IT Internship Program. She brings over 20 years of experience as a senior technology executive in the financial services industry, including JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. Amy holds a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington University, St. Louis, and a M.A. from Columbia University. She has also attended business and technology executive programs at Harvard Business School and Smith College. Throughout her career, Amy has received technology industry awards, including the prestigious CIO Magazine Enterprise Value Award and the Smithsonian Laureate Award. She has been cited for her ability to empower and develop senior management teams, especially women managers. Amy is a consultant with the National Executive Service Corps and provides professional consulting services to nonprofit clients in the tri-state region.
Jodi Garner
Jodi is currently the Campaign Coordinator for the $1.3 billion Discoveries That Make A Difference campaign at Weill Cornell Medical College. In that capacity, Jodi manages and coordinates leadership activities for the Chairman of Board of Overseers, Medical College Dean, Capital Campaign Chairman and Steering Committee Members. Previously, Jodi spent over twenty years on Wall Street in a variety of capacities: as a bond trader, in training and development as well as leadership development in Human Resources at both J.P. Morgan Chase and Lehman Brothers. Jodi earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Jennifer Friedberg
With over twenty years of traditional and digital brand strategy and development experience for global organizations and brand leaders, Jennifer Friedberg has led business growth across a wide range of industries. Currently, Jennifer is the CEO of Thought Works Group, a collaborative that specializes in strategy, marketing and technology and is dedicated to driving business and building brands.
Prior to founding Thought Works Group, Jennifer was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cheil North America. There she helped transform the agency to be recognized as a leading global marketing communications company. In 2009 she led Cheil's acquisition of The Barbarian Group.
Before that, Jennifer was at Foote, Cone & Belding, where she ran the Motorola Worldwide Interactive and CRM business; the New York office of IconMedialab, where she was instrumental in catapulting Nicholson NY, a pioneering digital firm into a publicly traded leader; and Ogilvy & Mather, where she led the agency's IBM worldwide account. Jennifer began her career in marketing at American Express.
Jennifer attended the University of Rochester, graduated with honors from the University of Maryland and pursued graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
