Christina has twenty years experience in the development of individuals and groups in the Transportation, Aerospace, and Financial Services industries. Most recently she served as the Head of Diversity, Americas, for a European Investment Bank. She earned a Masters in Organization Psychology from Columbia University and served for ten months as an apprentice at NY Youth at Risk, an established non-profit.

Noelle Marie LaCorbiniere

Noelle currently works as the Human Resources Director of ALaS Consulting LLC where she built the HR department and has done so since November 2006. (ALaS is a financial services consulting firm and has been in business for 6 years.) Prior to that, Noelle worked at Barclays Capital for seven years in varying capacities: Information Technology, Campus Recruitment and as an HR Generalist.

She has held management roles in major financial institutions where her responsibilities have been primarily on the business to business sector. She began her consulting practice in 2007 with engagements for financial institutions delivering market research, business plans and partnership development.

Mike serves as the Head of Institutional Equity Product Marketing for Wachovia Capital Markets. He is responsible for all decisions regarding the content and execution of daily research calls for the entire institutional platform. He hosts and moderates research meetings, which set the tone for the trading day and provides the salesforce and traders with the most actionable research ideas.

Tara McCann

Tara has over 10 years experience in corporate advisory and capital raising with over $38 billion of closed transactions. Most recently, she served as a Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank. Tara was a leader in campus recruiting, training and development while with Deutsche Bank. She served as Manager of the Associate Development Program and developed the Columbia School of Business Associate Training Program. Tara earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Brown University.

Yana Anilovich

In Yana's current role she supports the E*TRADE marketing team by standardizing and improving current processes and implementing new promotion deployment systems to ensure error-free execution. As part of Treasury at Morgan Stanley, she improved and implemented processes to calculate Counterparty Capital risk per BASEL regulations, managed and standardized Cash Management processes, and implemented knowledge and reporting systems to support long term funding decisions.
