After receiving foundation-level training in Financial Planning, students will be asked to envision, research, flesh out, and present a leadership initiative of their choice. Open to select Junior level students who have secured internships at partner Investment Banks.Girls: Math, Science and Business
Research shows that for a variety of reasons, girls start to perform below their capability in math early as 3rd to 6th grade. Similarly younger women shy away from careers in business because they don't see the connection to their values, and because they do not see credible role models. As a way to begin expanding the pipeline, students work as a team to implement a project designed to connect with an existing group of younger girls, e.g. soccer team, girl scout troop, to provide tutoring, role modeling, informal coaching etc. Open to select Junior level students who have secured internships at partner Investment Banks.
